Delivery information

Shipping Policy

This policy explains how Inkora Beauty Supplies determines delivery availability, shipping charges, processing, estimates, tracking, delivery exceptions, and return-to-sender handling.

Effective: 5 August 2026 Final rates shown at checkout Tracking available in your account
The delivery method, charge, estimate, tax, address snapshot, courier, tracking information, and shipment status saved on an order are the operational record for that purchase. This policy should be read together with the order, return, payment, privacy, and terms pages applicable to the transaction.

Delivery coverage

Delivery is available only to destinations matched by an active Inkora shipping zone. Entering a complete delivery address during checkout allows the storefront to determine the methods currently available for that destination.

A delivery address is eligible only when it matches the location rules, exclusions, order-value limits, weight limits, item-count limits, availability dates, and other conditions of an active shipping configuration.

The appearance of a destination in an address form does not by itself guarantee that a shipping method is available. Availability is confirmed after the delivery address and cart have been evaluated during checkout.

Shipping methods and charges

Available delivery methods and the applicable charge are displayed during checkout before an order is placed.

A shipping charge may be calculated from a flat fee, order value, parcel weight, quantity of items, configured rate table, carrier rate, handling charge, or a combination of applicable rules.

A free-shipping option or threshold applies only when it is displayed as eligible during checkout. Changing the cart, address, delivery zone, weight, quantity, or promotion may change the available method or charge.

Shipping tax, where applicable, is calculated under the active tax configuration and shown in the order summary.

Order processing and dispatch

Orders enter processing after the required payment or payment confirmation has been received. Processing time depends on stock verification, order review, packing requirements, operating days, and the selected delivery service.

Orders placed after a configured cutoff time, on a day when the method is unavailable, or during a closure may begin processing on the next valid operating day.

An order may be held for address clarification, payment review, stock verification, fraud or security review, product availability, or another issue that must be resolved before dispatch.

Customers receive order and shipment updates through the customer account when the corresponding notification settings and delivery channels are enabled.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates depend on destination, product availability, order processing, courier operations, the selected service, and events outside Inkora’s reasonable control. An estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.

A checkout estimate normally begins after the order is ready for the selected delivery service, not necessarily at the exact moment the customer submits checkout.

Weather, public holidays, traffic restrictions, security conditions, courier capacity, incorrect address details, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or other operational events may affect delivery timing.

Where an estimated delivery date is available after dispatch, it may appear in the order or tracking record. The courier’s latest operational update may supersede an earlier estimate.

Delivery address and recipient details

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate recipient name, phone number, delivery address, city, state, postcode where applicable, and any useful delivery instructions before placing the order.

Orders and shipments retain delivery-address snapshots. Editing a saved address after checkout does not automatically change the address attached to an existing order or shipment.

Contact Inkora as soon as possible when an address correction is required. A change may not be possible after packing, dispatch, courier handover, or shipment creation.

Inkora or the courier may contact the recipient using the details supplied for delivery coordination, address clarification, or an unsuccessful delivery attempt.

Tracking and split shipments

Where tracking is supported and a tracking number or link has been assigned, it will appear in the customer tracking or order details page.

Tracking updates are supplied by Inkora, the courier, or an integrated carrier. A delay between a physical parcel movement and the next tracking scan may occur.

An order may be fulfilled through more than one shipment because of product availability, partial fulfilment, replacements, reshipment, package limits, or separate couriers. Each shipment may have its own status and tracking information.

The customer should review all active shipments attached to the order before reporting that part of an order is missing.

Delivery, receipt, and proof

A shipment may be recorded as delivered using courier confirmation, recipient information, delivery proof, collection confirmation, or another operational record associated with the shipment.

The recipient should ensure that an authorised person is available where the selected service requires physical receipt.

Where a parcel is accepted by a receptionist, security officer, household member, employee, authorised representative, collection point, or another person at the delivery location, the delivery may be treated as completed according to the available courier record.

Inspect the parcel and products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Report visible damage, missing items, or an incorrect product through the contact or return workflow with the order number and supporting evidence.

Failed delivery and return to sender

A delivery attempt may fail because the address cannot be located, the recipient cannot be contacted, access is restricted, the recipient is unavailable, delivery is refused, required payment or identification is unavailable, or the courier identifies another delivery exception.

The customer should respond promptly to reasonable courier or Inkora requests concerning an unsuccessful delivery attempt.

If a parcel is returned to Inkora because the address was incorrect, the recipient was unavailable, delivery was refused, the parcel was not collected, or the courier could not complete delivery, the customer may need to confirm the address and pay any applicable reshipment charge before another dispatch.

Any reshipment, redirection, storage, return-to-sender, or repeated delivery charge will be communicated before a new charge is accepted where practicable.

Local pickup

Where local pickup is offered at checkout, the order must be confirmed as ready before collection. The customer may be asked to present the order number and suitable identification or collection authorisation.

Pickup location, opening hours, contact details, customer instructions, and any order-specific requirement are shown where the active pickup method supplies them.

A pickup order should not be collected before the customer receives confirmation that it is ready.

Order changes and cancellation

A request to change or cancel an order is subject to the current payment, order, fulfilment, and shipment status.

Cancellation may no longer be available after fulfilment or shipment has progressed. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a dispatched parcel can be intercepted.

Where a shipped order cannot be cancelled, the customer may need to wait for delivery and use the applicable return process if the products remain eligible.

Missing, damaged, or incorrect delivery

Contact Inkora promptly and provide the order number, shipment information, description of the issue, affected items and quantities, and clear supporting evidence where available.

Keep the products, packaging, labels, and delivery materials until the issue has been reviewed, because they may be required to confirm damage, shortage, incorrect fulfilment, or courier handling.

A shipping report does not automatically determine the final remedy. The issue may be handled through delivery investigation, return, replacement, exchange, refund, reshipment, or another appropriate resolution.

Need help with a delivery?
