Customers may use account workflows and the contact page to raise order, payment, delivery, return, refund, privacy, or other concerns.

These terms govern access to and use of the Inkora Beauty Supplies website, storefront, customer account, checkout, payment, delivery, return, refund, notification, support, and related features.
By creating an account, placing an order, submitting information, or using a feature that refers to these terms, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms applicable to that activity.
If you do not agree, do not place an order or continue using the affected feature. You may still contact Inkora regarding an existing legal right, transaction, complaint, privacy request, or support matter.
These terms should be read together with the privacy, shipping, return and refund, payment, and any product-specific notice displayed before purchase.
You must have legal capacity to enter the relevant transaction or act through a parent, guardian, authorised representative, business, employer, studio, clinic, salon, spa, or other lawful principal.
Where you order for another person or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to provide the delivery and contact information and to bind the relevant purchaser where applicable.
Inkora may request reasonable evidence of age, authority, account ownership, business status, qualification, delivery authorisation, or identity where required for a product, transaction, collection, refund, dispute, security review, or legal obligation.
A person must not create an account or place an order using false, stolen, misleading, or unauthorised identity, address, contact, payment, business, or professional information.
Provide accurate registration and profile information and keep it reasonably current.
You are responsible for protecting your password, reset links, device, browser session, and access to the email address connected to the account.
Do not share passwords, PINs, one-time passwords, complete card details, CVV codes, payment secret keys, or login links with Inkora staff or any person claiming to provide support.
Notify Inkora promptly if you suspect unauthorised account access, address changes, orders, payments, returns, refunds, notifications, or other activity.
Inkora may temporarily restrict an account or transaction where reasonably necessary to investigate security, fraud, abuse, chargeback, identity, payment, legal, or operational concerns.
Some products offered through Inkora are intended for trained, qualified, licensed, supervised, or otherwise competent professional use. Customers are responsible for checking product instructions, suitability, compatibility, legal restrictions, professional requirements, hygiene controls, storage conditions, and safe-use requirements before purchase and use.
Product descriptions, images, specifications, variants, quantities, compatibility information, availability, and prices are provided to support a purchase decision. Contact Inkora before ordering where important information is unclear.
Product packaging, labels, colour appearance, presentation, manufacturer design, or included literature may change without altering the essential identity of the item. Product names, selected variants, specifications, quantities, and order records remain the primary transaction reference.
A product page is not a substitute for manufacturer instructions, professional training, regulatory approval, clinical judgement, medical advice, safety procedures, infection-control requirements, or a lawful licence where any of those are required.
Do not use a product for an unlawful, unsafe, prohibited, misleading, counterfeit, experimental, or unintended purpose.
Displaying a product does not guarantee that a particular item, variant, quantity, promotion, or delivery option will remain available.
Cart quantities and availability are checked again during checkout. An order cannot reserve more stock than is available when the checkout transaction is completed.
If a confirmed order cannot be fulfilled as recorded, Inkora may contact the customer about delay, partial fulfilment, replacement, back-order treatment, cancellation, refund, store credit, or another reasonable solution.
Inkora may limit quantities, reject abnormal purchasing patterns, or prevent resale-oriented or abusive ordering where reasonably necessary and lawful.
The storefront displays the applicable product price and calculates discounts, coupons, shipping, tax, and the final order total before checkout is completed.
Prices and promotions may change before an order is placed. A price change does not alter an already accepted order except where required to correct an obvious error and handled consistently with applicable consumer rights.
Coupons and promotions may have eligibility conditions, validity dates, usage limits, customer restrictions, minimum spend, category or product exclusions, quantity limits, and non-combinability rules.
Where a displayed price, discount, tax, or total contains an obvious technical, typographical, configuration, or calculation error, Inkora may pause the transaction and contact the customer before fulfilment. Inkora will not silently charge a higher amount than the amount properly authorised.
Taxes and shipping charges are calculated under the active destination, product, customer, tax, and delivery configuration.
Adding products to a cart does not create an order or reserve stock.
Submitting checkout is an offer or request to purchase the products on the stated order details. The automated confirmation page records receipt of that request but does not by itself prevent Inkora from performing payment, stock, identity, address, fraud, compliance, or fulfilment checks.
An order is accepted when Inkora expressly confirms it, records the applicable accepted status, begins fulfilment, or otherwise clearly communicates acceptance.
Inkora may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where there is invalid pricing, insufficient stock, failed payment, an unsupported destination, suspected fraud, abuse, prohibited activity, legal restriction, product restriction, or another legitimate reason.
The customer should review the order number, products, variants, quantities, address, shipping method, payment method, and total immediately after checkout and report an error promptly.
Available payment methods, supported currencies, applicable limits, fees, and checkout instructions are determined by the active payment configuration.
Online payment may be handled by Paystack or another enabled provider. The provider may apply its own terms and privacy notice to information entered on its payment interface.
Inkora records transaction references, gateway references, status, amount, currency, payment channel, receipt, refund, verification, and reconciliation information but does not intentionally request or store complete card numbers, PINs, CVV codes, bank passwords, or one-time passwords in the storefront application.
A pending or processing status does not mean payment has been finally confirmed. Inkora verifies payment through provider data, signed notifications, reconciliation, or another reliable source.
Where a valid balance remains, an eligible customer may use Retry Payment. Repeated callbacks or provider notifications should not create duplicate successful amounts for the same payment attempt.
A payment received after an order has been cancelled, returned, completed, or otherwise closed may be recorded without automatically reopening the order. Inkora will review the appropriate refund, fulfilment, or support action.
Delivery availability, method, fee, tax, estimate, courier, tracking, pickup instruction, and destination requirements are governed by the shipping policy and the order record.
The customer must provide a complete and accurate recipient name, telephone number, address, city, state, country, postcode where applicable, and useful delivery instructions.
Editing a saved address after checkout does not automatically change the delivery snapshot attached to an existing order or shipment.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless Inkora expressly states otherwise. Courier operations, weather, public holidays, security, access, address errors, recipient availability, or other events may affect delivery.
A parcel accepted by an authorised representative, household member, employee, receptionist, security officer, collection point, or another person at the supplied location may be treated as delivered according to the available delivery record.
A customer may request cancellation only while the order remains eligible under the current payment, fulfilment, shipment, and order status.
A submitted cancellation request does not guarantee that packing, dispatch, courier handover, delivery, or payment settlement can be stopped.
Where an order cannot be cancelled because fulfilment or shipment has progressed, the customer may need to wait for delivery and use the applicable return process if the products remain eligible.
Inkora may cancel an order or item for stock unavailability, payment failure, unsupported delivery, product restriction, legal requirement, fraud or security concern, pricing error, supplier issue, or another reasonable operational ground. Any received payment will be handled according to the applicable payment and refund record.
Return eligibility, timing, quantities, evidence, item condition, authorisation, shipping, inspection, resolution, refund, replacement, exchange, repair, or store credit are governed by the return and refund policy and the return record.
Submitting a return request is not automatic approval and does not itself create an immediate refund.
Do not send an item before approval unless Inkora expressly instructs otherwise. Follow the approved method, return address, deadline, packaging, courier, and tracking instructions.
The final accepted quantity or remedy may differ from the requested quantity or requested resolution after review or inspection.
A processed refund may take additional time to appear depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, transfer channel, or financial institution.
By using the storefront, you agree that order, payment, shipment, delivery, return, refund, account, security, support, and legal communications may be provided electronically through the account, website, email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, or another enabled channel.
Operational and security communications may be necessary for the service and may be treated differently from optional marketing.
Where notification preferences are available, customers may control eligible categories, channels, priority, frequency, quiet hours, and marketing choices.
A delivery failure, spam filter, disabled channel, incorrect destination, provider delay, or preference setting may prevent a message from reaching the customer. The customer account remains the primary place to review transaction records.
Information submitted through support, return evidence, notes, reviews, or another customer feature must be accurate, relevant, lawful, and connected to the stated purpose.
Do not upload malicious files, unlawful content, confidential information belonging to another person, unnecessary identification, payment credentials, explicit material, discriminatory abuse, threats, impersonation, or content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
You retain ownership of content you lawfully own, but grant Inkora a limited right to store, review, reproduce, transmit, and use it as reasonably necessary to provide support, investigate the issue, process the transaction, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.
Inkora may remove, restrict, quarantine, preserve, or disclose content where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, rights protection, investigation, or service operation.
Do not interfere with the storefront, attempt unauthorised access, bypass authentication or security controls, scrape restricted data, send malicious code, overload services, manipulate prices or coupons, create false transactions, abuse return or refund processes, or use another customer’s account.
Do not use the service for fraud, money laundering, chargeback abuse, identity misuse, unlawful resale, deceptive conduct, prohibited products, counterfeit activity, harassment, infringement, or another unlawful purpose.
Automated access, testing, vulnerability scanning, reverse engineering, or data extraction is prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing or protected by applicable law.
Inkora may preserve logs, limit requests, cancel invalid transactions, restrict features, suspend accounts, or report conduct where reasonably necessary to protect customers, providers, the business, or legal rights.
The storefront software, design, layout, branding, logos, text, graphics, product presentation, databases, documentation, and original content are owned by or licensed to Inkora and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Product names, manufacturer marks, images, or materials belonging to suppliers or other rights holders remain their property.
You may use the storefront for ordinary personal or authorised business purchasing. You may not copy, publish, modify, sell, license, frame, mirror, reproduce, or commercially exploit protected material without permission or another lawful basis.
A good-faith intellectual-property complaint should identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material, the complainant’s authority, contact details, and the requested action.
The storefront may connect to payment providers, couriers, tracking sites, social platforms, map services, communication providers, manufacturers, or other third parties.
Inkora does not control every third-party website, service, availability, security practice, content, policy, or operational decision.
A third party may process information as an independent controller and apply its own terms and privacy notice.
A link or integration does not by itself amount to an endorsement of every third-party statement, product, service, or practice.
Inkora may maintain, update, secure, replace, restrict, suspend, or discontinue a storefront feature where reasonably necessary.
Temporary downtime, errors, delays, maintenance, network failure, provider interruption, or incompatibility may occur. Inkora will take reasonable steps to restore important services but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
A temporary storefront issue does not remove a customer’s existing rights concerning an accepted order, successful payment, delivered product, return, refund, privacy request, or complaint.
Inkora may correct content, product information, system errors, or configuration where necessary, while respecting accepted transactions and applicable consumer rights.
Inkora will provide products and services with the level of care and conformity required by applicable law and the accepted transaction.
Manufacturer warranties, instructions, or product-specific assurances apply according to their terms and applicable law.
Except for rights or assurances that cannot lawfully be excluded, Inkora does not promise that every product is suitable for every customer, procedure, client, skin type, device, technique, environment, business, or professional use.
The customer is responsible for following applicable product instructions, compatibility checks, hygiene requirements, storage conditions, training, licensing, professional standards, and safety procedures.
To the extent permitted by law, Inkora is responsible only for loss that is a reasonably foreseeable consequence of its breach of these terms or failure to exercise legally required care. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Inkora is not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate customer information, unauthorised account use the customer failed to report, misuse contrary to instructions, unlawful use, unsafe storage, unauthorised modification, incompatible equipment, third-party conduct, or another event outside Inkora’s legal responsibility.
To the extent permitted by law, Inkora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was formed.
Where the customer purchases for business purposes, any lawful limitation will be assessed in the context of the affected order, direct loss, applicable law, insurance, and the parties’ responsibilities. No clause removes liability that cannot legally be limited.
Inkora will not be treated as having failed to perform an obligation to the extent performance is prevented or materially delayed by an event outside its reasonable control, provided that reasonable steps are taken to reduce the effect and resume performance when practicable.
Such events may include severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic, public-health restriction, civil disturbance, transport disruption, labour disruption, government action, security incident, utility failure, internet or telecommunications outage, courier disruption, payment-provider outage, supplier failure, or another comparable event.
Inkora may communicate a delay, change delivery arrangements, suspend the affected obligation, offer an alternative, cancel the unperformed portion, or issue an appropriate refund where continued performance is not reasonably practicable.
Personal data is processed according to the privacy policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
The privacy policy explains data categories, purposes, lawful bases, sharing, payment and courier disclosures, international processing, retention, security, cookies, marketing, rights, complaints, and contact details.
Using the storefront does not authorise Inkora to use personal data for an unrelated purpose without an appropriate lawful basis.
Use the contact page and provide the order, payment, shipment, return, refund, invoice, receipt, or support reference relevant to the complaint.
Inkora may verify account ownership, request evidence, consult the payment provider, courier, supplier, manufacturer, or adviser, and review transaction and security logs before deciding the next step.
The customer should first give Inkora a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the complaint directly.
Nothing in these terms prevents a customer from using a complaint, regulatory, judicial, or alternative dispute-resolution route available under applicable law.
We usually respond within one business day.
These terms and storefront transactions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without removing any mandatory protection that applies to the customer.
The parties should attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through the Inkora complaint process before commencing formal proceedings, where reasonable.
A consumer may contact the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission or another competent authority where appropriate.
Subject to applicable jurisdiction and mandatory consumer rules, disputes may be brought before a court or tribunal with lawful authority over the parties and transaction.
If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or separated to the minimum extent necessary without invalidating the remaining terms.
A delay or failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer an account or contractual right in a way that compromises security, payment, delivery, legal obligations, or another person’s rights without Inkora’s consent. Inkora may transfer business rights and obligations as part of a lawful reorganisation or transaction, subject to applicable safeguards.
Headings, summaries, cards, and navigation are for convenience. The full wording of the relevant section controls.
These terms, the accepted order, incorporated policies, and any product-specific or promotion-specific terms form the agreement concerning the relevant transaction.
Inkora may update these terms to reflect storefront changes, operational practices, products, providers, security needs, legal requirements, or regulatory guidance.
The effective date identifies the current published version. Material changes may also be communicated through the storefront, customer account, or another appropriate channel.
Changes do not retrospectively remove rights or materially rewrite an already accepted order unless the customer agrees or applicable law permits the change.
Contact Inkora with the relevant order, payment, shipment, return, refund, invoice, receipt, or support reference. Never send passwords, PINs, OTPs, complete card numbers, CVV codes, or payment secret keys.
